MCT’s Skills/Education Enhancement Grant is perfect for people who want to add an educational experience or accreditation to help them on their journey to gaining more qualifications and/or developing readiness to further a local career. This grant has a wide remit: it’s been used by local High School students travelling internationally to represent Morvern in sporting events, and it has also funded additional workplace readiness and safety qualifications for critical keyworker roles, such as working aboard the Caledonian Macbrayne ferry service between Lochaline and Mull. If you’re planning to pay for equipment or services with funding from MCT, you’ll need to provide two quotes to show that the best value for Morvern will be obtained.
